• Log in to the Admin Portal at admin.gamelocker.co.
  • From the left-hand navigation, select Individual Store.
  • Navigate to Kiosk and General Settings.
  • In the Session Timeout section, set the Idle time (minutes) before cart clears.
  • If you would like the timeout to apply to guest customers as well, tick “Also apply session timeout for guest customers.”
  • This will ensure that carts are automatically cleared after the specified period of inactivity (e.g. where a guest creates a cart but does not complete their purchase).
