Log in to the Admin Portal at admin.gamelocker.co.
From the left-hand navigation, select Individual Store.
Navigate to Kiosk and General Settings.
In the Session Timeout section, set the Idle time (minutes) before cart clears.
If you would like the timeout to apply to guest customers as well, tick “Also apply session timeout for guest customers.”
This will ensure that carts are automatically cleared after the specified period of inactivity (e.g. where a guest creates a cart but does not complete their purchase).
