- Go to shop.gamelocker.co and open the Inventory tab
- Select items by:
- Ticking individual checkboxes, or
- Applying filters and selecting all via Card / Condition checkbox
- Click Export (top-right)
- Open the notification bell to track progress and download the file when ready
- Open the CSV file on your device
- Update relevant columns:
- Sell Price
- Buy Cash Price
- Buy Credit Price
- Enter values manually or drag to apply across multiple items
- Save the file in CSV format
- Return to the Inventory tab
- Click Add Items → Import CSV
- Upload the file and ensure source format is Game Locker
- Click Read CSV and monitor progress via the notification bell
- Click Review Items
- Select only the attributes you updated (e.g. Sell Price)
- Add a reason for adjustment
- Review the changes
- Click Import Items to finalise
- Allow ~10 seconds per 1,000 items for import
- Updated prices will appear once complete
- Price overrides will override any existing pricing automation
Remove Bulk Price Overrides
- Select the items with overrides applied in the Inventory tab
- Click Remove Overrides (top-right)
- Select the fields to reset (e.g. Sell Price)
- Click Remove Overrides to confirm
- Prices will revert to previous values or active pricing automation
View all Items with Price Overrides
- Go to the Inventory tab
- Click Filter
- Add a filter (e.g. Buy Price Automations)
- From the dropdown, select Items with Price Overrides
- Click Apply Filter
- You can now view all items with price overrides applied
- Select all items using the checkbox in the top-left corner
- Click Remove Overrides and follow the same steps outlined above
