• Go to shop.gamelocker.co and select the Orders tab
  • Click Create an Order in the top-right corner
  • Click Add Items
  • Use the search bar to find a card or apply filters to narrow your results
  • Click Apply Filters
  • Select the relevant items and click Confirm Selection
  • In the order, you can:
    • Edit condition, quantities, or apply discounts
    • Remove items as needed
  • To add more items, click Add Items at the bottom of the item list
  • To add a customer:
    • Click the arrow next to Select Customer
    • Search for an existing customer or add a new customer with their details
  • In the Origin section (bottom-right corner):
    • Select the delivery method (e.g., Pick Up In Store, Australia Post)
    • Apply the necessary tracking number if relevant
  • Once ready, click the arrow in the top-right corner to:
    • Save as Draft
    • Or mark as Fulfilled, Delivered, and Paid
  • Take payment through your POS system
  • Apply the POS receipt number and mark the order as Fulfilled, Delivered, and Paid
  • Print the pick slip by clicking the printer icon in the top-right corner
  • Once finalised, the order will now appear in the relevant pillar as Fulfilled
  • To view order activity, click into the order and scroll down to the Timeline section to see all activity with dates and timestamps
