- Go to shop.gamelocker.co and select the Buylist tab
- Click Create a Buylist in the top-right corner
- Click Add Items
- Use the search bar to find a card or apply filters to narrow your results
- Click Apply Filters
- Select the relevant items and click Confirm Selection
- In the buylist, you can:
- Edit condition, quantities, or payment type (e.g., cash or credit)
- Revise the price as required
- To add more items, click Add Items at the bottom of the item list
- To add a customer:
- Click the arrow next to Select Customer
- Search for an existing customer or add a new customer with their details
- Once ready, click the arrow in the top-right corner to:
- Approve the quote
- Or update the status (e.g., Mark as Reviewed, Not Paid)
- Collect payment from the customer using cash or your POS system
- The buylist will now appear in the relevant pillar for processing or completion
- To view buylist activity, click into the buylist and scroll down to the Timeline section to see all activity with dates and timestamps
