- Go to shop.gamelocker.co/sign-in and log in with your credentials.
- On any page, locate the Feedback banner on the middle-right side of the screen.
- Click the banner and select the option that best matches your feedback (e.g. Can’t find a card, Request an improvement, etc.).
- Complete all prompted questions to ensure we have sufficient context to investigate and action your request. Please provide as much detail as possible.
- If you would like us to follow up with you, enter your email address when prompted.
- Click Next, then Close to submit.
